TDE’s Ray Vaughn connects with Pusha T on his new single, “Problems”.
Over Rayo and Wizzle’s subtle production, the Long Beach lyricist and the Virginia veteran trade an abundance of thought-provoking bars. The release also comes with a black-and-white video for the “Triangle Park Mix”, which utilizes a sample of the Wu classic, “C.R.E.A.M.”
“Let ’em label me a backpack rapper turned to a school shooter / All they top 5 get hit unless they cool tutors,’ raps Ray, before King Push adds, “Truth or dare / still get it for 18, I swear / Reasonable doubt and all my thoughts are cashmere / The paper cut the tips of my fingers like cashiers / I tell you stunt dummies, you’re welcome to crash here.”
“Problems” is Ray Vaughn’s first official musical release since last year’s “Plot Twist” featuring London Monet.
