“I remember me and Cole would open for Hov, everyday A Star Is Born, I guess I died in the womb”
Wale drops off a new one called “Groundhog Day” produced by Jake Uno. Some people believe that the opening bars of the second verse on that new J.Cole track “False Prophets” were aimed at Wale, and while they weren’t nearly as scathing as some of the other bars on the song (widely believed to be aimed at Drake and Kanye), they certainly fall into the “airing business in public” category. Keep that in mind as you listen to “Groundhog Day” which features a direct reference to Cole and some other lines that could be construed as a response.
