Some previously unreleased Jay Electronica, which was recorded sometime during the early aughts, has made its way on to the internets this afternoon. If you follow Jay on Twitter, you may have noticed that last week he suggested that he would send one of his followers a new song with directions to share it with the public as the fan saw fit.
This is almost certainly not that song, but it’s another interesting entry in the Electronica canon for fans to pore over. The track, which Jay says he recorded during the first George W. Bush term, references 44′s presidency, the Benzino/Eminem beef and Afghanistan, so you do the math.
